•Spearheaded QA/QC oversight ensuring compliance with project quality plans, inspection test plans, and contractual requirements.

•Streamlined review and approval of QC reports and vendor documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with deadlines and technical specifications.

•Led FAT/SIT testing, welding, NDT, and coating activities, improving inspection efficiency and minimizing rework.•Identified and resolved technical deviations early, preventing schedule delays and contractual disputes.

Projects: Atoll Development (Early Production & Supplementary), Haramattan Deep, Kattamia Gas

 

•Directed QA/QC activities across subsea fabrication yards and onshore facilities, covering pipelines, manifolds, spools, skids, exchangers, tanks, and storage systems.

•Developed and implemented Project Quality Management Plans (QMPs) and inspection management plans covering EPC, fabrication, and commissioning.

•Enforced QA/QC requirements in tender documents, contracts, and purchase orders, ensuring early quality integration.

•Conducted quality audits across contractors and vendors, achieving 100% closure of NCRs through corrective/preventive actions.

•Signed off QC records, spools, and ITRs, enabling timely fabrication release and turnover.
